Kathleen is the first point of contact for our clients regarding flexible reward and mobility related topics and projects. Kathleen started her career as a lawyer, specialized in labor law, and obtained extensive consulting experience in the field of flexible remuneration and mobility. She is assisting and advising clients on the implementation of flexible reward and mobility plans, including drafting the required documents and assistance with respect to the practical consequences and tooling. Together with the team, she makes sure that clients are supported throughout their reward projects both from a tax and legal point of view.
