Bart Van Rompaye

I joined KPMG Advisory in 2021 to lead our Artifical Intelligence projects. This followed 6 years of experience creating and delivering AI projects, managing teams of data scientists, and developing the data and AI strategy at a large Belgian bank-insurer. Previously, I also held post-doctoral positions at Ghent University (BE) and Umeå University (SE) in statistical problems in the Life Sciences. In addition to my role at KPMG, I continue to teach about Machine Learning, a.o. at Ghent University (IPVW-ICES).
