Filip Troch

I joined the Technology Strategy Department at KPMG in June 2022. Since I joined KPMG, I have been involved in a variety of engagements related to KPMG’s Digital Transformation solution and methodology, Portfolio & Project Management, and IT (solution) Architecture. My main focus is on the Financial sector, mostly on Insurance. Prior to joining KPMG in Belgium, my experience included continuous improvement management (Non-Life strategy and portfolio roadmap), program management (including fraud software and inbound indexation tools) and business unit management.
