In 2013, I joined KPMG Deal Advisory in Belgium after spending three years with KPMG Deal Advisory in London (UK Capital Markets Group) and the previous nine years in the KPMG Audit practice in London and Belgium. I have extensive experience in Merger and Acquistions deals including financial and operational buy-side due diligence services and sell-side advisory services. I have also worked on numerous capital market related engagements including Premium and AIM listings, demergers, class 1 acquisitions and reverse take-overs, secondary fund raisings and pre-IPO readiness assessments.
