I have extensive experience in end-to-end asset management solutions, advising leading asset-intensive companies on the design of asset management strategies and asset target operating models, optimization of asset management plans, asset management processes, asset performance and life cycle costing. I have developed specific methodologies to review, optimize and value complex, high volume assets. Above all, I am uncompromising adviser, working closely alongside clients in the thick of the action.
