I am an audit partner (since 2001), the Head of Financial Services at KPMG in Belgium and the lead partner on key audit and advisory banking clients. I have in-depth knowledge of the banking market and significant experience in financial services and listed entity engagements including: Asset Quality Review, financial (integrated) audit, due diligence, compliance and regulatory reviews, internal control assessment, target operating model, business transformation, and financial advisor of debt agencies.

I am also Chairman of KPMG's Board Leadership Center in Belgium (formerly the Audit Committee Institute) and Chairman of the Executive Board of the Institute of accredited auditors for Financial Institutions.
