I am an expert in TP documentation (compliance & advisory) for different countries, handling TP audits, court cases, Advance Rulings/APAS, MAPs, etc. I am extensively involved in assignments with evolving TP issues such as marketing intangibles, financial transactions, innovation income deduction, cost-sharing arrangements, management fees, restructuring, royalty matters, BEPS 2.0, etc.
