Join us on Thursday, 11 June, for an interactive HR leadership roundtable lunch on People Analytics, focused on one central question:

How do we turn “people data” into decisions and measurable business impact, in a pragmatic and sustainable way?

During this session, we will explore how organizations can systematically embed people analytics into the business agenda, moving beyond reporting toward insight‑driven action.

We will discuss how organizations can accelerate this journey through a value‑driven roadmap, with a clear focus on:

• building the right mix of analytical, HR, and business capabilities, and

We are pleased to welcome Swift, who will share how they built a People Analytics capability from the ground up — including the foundation-first choices and lessons that turned their company into a scalable driver of HR and business decisions.

In addition, our alliance partner Workday will join us with a live demonstration, showcasing how HR data can be translated into actionable insights through real‑time dashboards, reporting, and analytics capabilities - highlighting how technology enables, but does not replace, a clear people analytics strategy.
