He has deep expertise in the areas of reward, performance and talent management, with a strong focus and experience in the area of total reward strategy, workforce architecture, sales force reward, broad based remuneration and incentives, performance management and employee engagement strategies.
Key interest and research focus on the implications of the digital economy and technology on the nature of work, what future capabilities will be required, how performance will be managed, and the changing role and impact of reward strategies and programs.
Jason has worked with clients across multiple industry sectors domestically and across Asia with strong exposure to financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and life sciences, professional services, higher education, public sector and not-for-profit organisations.
He has worked with clients on a range of business transformations including, corporate restructuring, workforce architecture, geographic expansion, sales transformations and mergers and acquisitions.
