Sunny has worked with many Australian clients on their tax compliance and advisory work. During recent years, she has focused on assisting Chinese clients investing into Australia, especially in real estate, mining and natural resources, renewable energy. Her technical experience includes tax due diligence, tax consolidations, cross-border tax structuring and merger and acquisition tax matters.
