Max focuses on developing solutions for clients across public and private sector in the Asia Pacific region for KPMG Australia's blockchain services practice.
Max has extensive experience in helping organisations transform their business models using distributed ledger technology. His work with clients to design blockchain strategy, ecosystems and communities helps him to support organisations in extracting value from changing market dynamics and innovation.
Prior to joining KPMG, Max worked for a major Australian bank in a product management capacity, focusing on capital markets (FX, IR and commodities/trade) and digital solutions for business and institutional clients. He has worked with a number of emerging technologies in banking, such as machine learning and blockchain.
He is passionate about applying emerging technologies to create innovative business models in supply chain logistics, agriculture, capital markets, digital channels and global trade.
Max has a PhD in Business Information Systems from the University of Sydney where he researched how banking and other financial services organisations can create effective frameworks for managing cybersecurity risks.
