Experienced across local, state and federal goverment in executive and senior management roles, Keirstyn brings her extensive knowledge of public sector transformation and operational and service delivery to assist local councils. She focuses on a range of strategic and tactical requirements that include strategic planning, operational improvements and whole of council transformation projects to enable them to become more agile, efficient, digitally capable and customer-focused.
