      Damian is recognised as one of the leading tax advisers and thinkers in the superannuation and funds management industry and has been either the Lead Partner or Lead Tax Partner on numerous superannuation and managed fund client engagements.

      He has over 25 years’ experience in corporate tax, including more than 12 years as a Tax Partner at KPMG. Prior to joining KPMG, Damian worked as a tax advisor in top tier law and accounting firms within Australia.

      As a Tax Partner in our Financial Services tax practice, he specialisies in superannuation, funds management, custody and property. He leads the Superannuation & Funds Management tax practice in KPMG’s Sydney and Brisbane offices.

      Damian has been at the forefront of tax reform for both superannuation and managed funds and was part of the private consultation, often representing ASFA along with Treasury and the ATO.
