Katrina works closely with clients in the infrastructure, energy and property sectors on transactions to secure optimal commercial outcomes whilst mitigating the tax risk.

She uses her broad experience in deal advisory to advise both vendors and purchasers in relation to general M&A. Prior to KPMG, Katrina worked for bidders and government on many government privatisations. She joined KPMG in 2021.
