Meredith leads KPMG Banarra’s Respect@Work service line in Australia. She advises multi-sector organisations on leading practice to effectively prevent and respond to workplace sexual harassment.

Internationally recognised as a gender equity thought leader, Meredith specialises in building inclusion in complex workforces such as mining, space, polar, and defence. She has extensive experience in partnering with senior executive leaders to drive value for business through cultural transformation and strategies to address gendered harm.

Meredith joined KPMG in 2023. Prior to joining KPMG Meredith was a Professor and Associate Dean at the Australian National University, a Senior Advisor at the Australian Antarctic Division and a cultural sociologist at the University of Tasmania.
