Adam joined KPMG Australia as a Partner in 2010. His focus is on providing strategic advice to government and the not-for-profit sector on the delivery of policy and programs that create real outcomes for citizens.

He has strong management experience in both private and public sector organisations, and has led a number of complex projects both across and within government agencies. This work has involved strategy development, grant program design, management and closure, capacity strengthening support, performance management using data to provide business insights, risk management, project and program management and complex stakeholder management.

Adam relates well to people and offers leadership and guidance, particularly when projects are undertaken by teams consisting of a wide range of stakeholders that bring together business and technical expertise along with industry better practice.
