By leveraging her background in banking, finance and business strategy, as well as her detailed knowledge of health, aged and human services legislation and funding instruments, she has successfully supported a range of providers across Australia to deliver business optimisation initiatives to drive improved consumer, community and viability outcomes.
Roshani is particularly passionate about innovation through the lens of customer engagement and technology. By way of customer focus groups, socio-demographic analysis, surveys and community forums, she has supported providers in gaining deep and valuable insight into their customer needs and preferences, and helped build transformative strategies to deliver compelling value propositions.
“My passion is in innovation. As a collective, we have a social responsibility to maximise choice, independence and wellbeing for our valued older community, and innovation is needed to deliver this. It is important that this is informed through engagement with aged care consumers to understand their varied and changing needs and preferences, and to ensure that their experiences and insights drive innovation.”
Roshani has authored several thought leadership pieces covering the use of Internet of Things, data analytics, workforce augmentation and other technologies to empower our older population to continue making meaningful contributions to their communities.
