Over the past decade, Karyn has worked with the energy industry to drive digital transformation, including energy transition to renewables and net zero goals. She has engaged with Mining, Transport and Industrial sectors on their electrification and decarbonisation initiatives, advising and implementing new digital capabilities and business model innovation for new revenue streams.

Karyn has an extensive background with global technology firms working at the interface of industry and technology enabled disruption. Her immersion in technology, innovation, strategy and transformation means she can understand the big picture shifts, translate to strategy and apply to transformational programs.  She brings a wealth of experience collaborating with industry to deliver large, complex, multi-year programs, including de-risk strategies, capability uplift and overcoming the challenges of change.
