As an experienced director, Hayden leads bespoke engagements helping organisations build fit-for-purpose contract management target operating models, perform Value for Money (VfM) contract assessments on long-term strategic commercial arrangements and establishment/execution of risk and opportunity-based contract assurance programs, as well as provide focused contract management training.

Hayden has been with KPMG for more than 20 years, starting in external audit before transitioning to internal audit services in 2004 and leading our Queensland Contract Assurance & Performance team since 2018. Over this time, he has worked across all industries and geographies both internationally and domestically, delivering risk advisory, audit, compliance and governance related services, with a specialisation on energy, mining and property.
