She has worked across all industries, and across all aspects of workplace relations from identifying potential historic non-compliance, developing long term enterprise agreement strategies, labour cost forecasting for wage and entitlements changes and streamlining practices, processes and controls for monitoring compliance. She has also worked across all ‘people’ capabilities including transformation, communications, learning, change and workforce modelling.
She understands just how complex Australian workplace relations can be, and prides herself on being able to translate complex technical concepts into practical business advice.
Eleanor works with public and private sector clients across a range of industries, including tertiary education, energy, manufacturing, retail, corporates, building and construction, and financial services.
Starting her career with the Fair Work Ombudsman during the transitional period from Work Choices, she now seeks to bring human-focused ways of working to technical workplace relations projects. This means her workplace relations work is considered, balanced and most importantly, practical to implement.
