Caroline works closely with corporates in various sectors on all aspects of the corporate life cycle, including in relation to acquisitions, sales, raisings, joint ventures, partnerships, restructuring and reorganisations. Working with KPMG's High Growth Ventures clients, Caroline supports founders in preparing for and undertaking their seed round raisings (in whatever form that may take: equity; debt; hybrid), cementing their governance rights as part of the raising process, and ultimate IPO or other exit ambitions.
Caroline is also passionate about governance, and enjoys working with Boards in both the for-profit (ASX-listed or private) and not-for-profit sectors in relation to board conduct, directors duties, delegations of authority, board skills matrices and governance frameworks more generally. Working with boards in the ASX-listed environment, Caroline also advises regularly on compliance with the ASX listing rules, including effectively existing within a continuous disclosure framework.”
