Paul's pragmatic approach to problem solving, his broad experience and genuine interest in people and building lasting relationships has underpinned his involvement in some of Tasmania's most important reform projects.

As a firm believer in leading by example, over the course of his career Paul has been a director of Common Ground Tasmania (the social housing initiative), the Fahan School and the Tasmanian Cricket Association. He is currently a Director of Cricket Australia.

A family man and sports enthusiast, Paul relaxes and keeps fit by kicking a footy about with his kids, enjoys boating and water sports and of course, follows the cricket.
