Ben is a Principal Director in KPMG’s Infrastructure, Assets & Places group and is an adviser for major infrastructure projects in Queensland.

As a commercial and financial adviser, Ben works closely with government to develop, procure and administer a wide array of contract types in support of significant and complex transport and social infrastructure projects in Queensland.

Ben leads a team that specialises in contract innovation, including the structure of commercial and financial arrangements to support various forms of public/private partnering and other tailored collaborative contracting.

Possessing an eye for detail and clear communications skills, Ben is able to express solutions to complicated issues in a relatable way.

He supports complex negotiations, and his understanding of commercial and financial arrangements is effective in assisting Government to strategically position itself during negotiations leading up to contract award and with major commercial disputes and settlements.
