For more than 10 years, Rachael has worked as a specialist in industrial relations. She helps companies identify employment and industrial relations risks, strengthen compliance frameworks and Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) self-reporting.
She works with her clients to identify and assess workplace compliance vulnerabilities, develop programs around enforceable undertakings and/or remediations, support communications plans and stakeholder engagement and develop future compliance frameworks.
Prior to KPMG, Rachael work as an Inspector and Team Leader at the FWO’s office, where she led underpayment investigations, identified compliance outcomes, drafted enforceable undertakings, and collated briefs for litigation.
She joined KPMG in 2021.
