Meaghan began her career in the Australian Army and has a passion for supporting institutions like Defence that provide pathways to success for diverse members of our society and who are purposeful in how they contribute to our nation. Her belief is that a strong democracy relies on such pathways for all. Since joining the firm in 2008, Meaghan has collaboratively built a diverse and inclusive team that champions a focus on the people and organisational design aspects of enterprise performance to meet the demands of a human, digital and dynamic world.
Admitted as a partner in January 2022, Meaghan is responsible for helping clients navigate the implications of the ‘Future of Work’. She sees opportunity in the current, challenging labour market conditions to refocus on employee experience and to consider the potential of digital labour to design good jobs and great careers. The greatest potential lies in exploring workforce strategies beyond organisational boundaries. Within such collaboration across and between industries, education providers and Government lies the potential to improve social mobility while resolving workforce gaps critical to the nation.
