He has led the design and implementation of multiple AI technology solutions, which have helped clients to better serve their customers when calling their contact centres, accelerate procurement timeframes, and digitise and automate finance processes. He supports clients to embed AI within their business through the development of AI strategies, governance and operating models and by identifying use cases to generate business value.

Brad has worked with leading global companies across the US and Australia to explore how disruption is changing the demands of their enterprises. He determines how to best respond to their challenges by exploiting new technologies such as AI and intelligent automation to transform both the customer and employee experience.
