      Sarah Cain‑Frost is a Partner and Service Line Leader for KPMG’s Mid‑Market & Private Risk Consulting team. She leads the national practice, supporting mid‑market and private organisations to strengthen governance, manage risk and enhance control environments through pragmatic, value‑focused advice.

      Sarah has extensive experience advising boards, executives and audit and risk committees on internal audit, enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, technology risk and assurance.

      She works with a broad range of clients across the public, private and not‑for‑profit sectors, helping organisations respond to regulatory change, manage emerging and strategic risks, and improve risk maturity in line with their growth ambitions.

      With close to two decades at KPMG, both in Australia and internationally, Sarah brings deep technical expertise combined with a strong understanding of the operational realities facing mid‑market organisations. She is known for providing clear, independent insight and for partnering closely with leadership teams to deliver outcomes that are practical, proportionate and aligned to business strategy.

      Sarah is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is based in Melbourne, working with clients nationally across the MM&P market.
