Kelly leads the Financial Services team within KPMG’s Delivery & Data Excellence (“DDX”) Corporate Tax practice and is the Tax Lead for KPMG’s Life Sciences sector. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients to deliver value, find optimal solutions and support their needs.

Since joining KPMG more than 15 years ago, Kelly has assisted clients from local startups to large multinationals across a range of industries, including Life Sciences (which includes pharmaceutical, medical devices and biotechnologies), Financial Services, Retail, Legal, Telecommunications and Aircraft Leasing. 

Whilst based in London on a 3-year secondment to KPMG UK in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Services team, Kelly advised European and US-based multinationals, banks and listed companies on a range of global transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border structured finance deals and international restructures.

Kelly’s experience also includes tax compliance delivery and advising on audits, local group restructures, international holding structures, due diligence, tax health checks and tax risk management and governance.
