Adrian has worked on a broad range of change programs helping clients improve performance across home lending, business lending, complaints management and collections functions. He has also worked with organisations to launch new products and business models into the Australian market.

Adrian has more than 17 years of banking and consulting experience working across multiple client segments, brands and businesses in the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and the US working shoulder to shoulder with clients.
