Phil has a passion for the design, delivery and review of Government transformations and helping to shape future governments deliver real value into society. For Phil, this means getting the basic foundations right to ensure there is alignment on the vision and desired outcomes for customers.

Phil enjoys challenging and ambiguous programs of work and likes partnering with clients to help navigate the highs and lows of transformations. He provides 'frank and fearless' advice in order to enhance the likelihood of delivery success, and to have a clear and simple articulation of the overall outcomes, messaging and story we are trying to enable.

He has over 20 years of experience in government delivery in the UK, in the Middle East and Australia.

Phil became a Partner in July 2016 and continues to focus on large programs and transformational work with State and Federal government. He has over 20 years of experience in government delivery in the UK, in the Middle East and Australia.

Outside of work, Phil has a passion for all sports especially soccer, AFL and rugby union. He manages and coaches his children’s sports teams, and is an avid fan of movies – his favourite film is Gattaca.
