Lisa advises on all aspects of financial services including superannuation fund strategy, governance, accountability and decision-making, transformation and operating models, successor fund transfers and mergers, regulatory engagement, conflicts of interest, remediation, conduct reviews, and service provider relationships.
Her clients range across the full spectrum of superannuation funds, insurers, fund managers, and financial institutions.
Lisa has more than 25 years’ experience in a combination of senior wealth, fund, consulting, governance and legal roles for global firms in Australia, Bermuda and London as a wealth, legal and governance executive, and as an academic.
Lisa provides senior leadership in the financial services industry as the immediate past Chair of the Superannuation Committee of the Law Council of Australia, as past Chair of an international legal organisation (IPEBLA) that represents over 30 jurisdictions, and through chairing superannuation conferences, and the continued publications, books and speaking engagements. She joined KPMG in 2021.
