He has significant experience in leadership development, cultural change programs and workforce transformation. He is a strong advocate for capability development across the public service, equipping the workforce with the skills to address the many challenges that lie ahead.
Throughout his career, Drew has focused on working in or consulting to the public sector at the federal and state level, and has worked in multiple roles for the not-for-profit sector. He believes strongly in the important role that the public service plays in our society and is passionate about the public sector transformation and reform agenda.
