James' consulting career has its heritage in change management related projects including performance design and development, organisational design, human capital and talent management transformation, and change journey navigation. His capabilities include technology, digital and outsourcing solutions with the energy and natural resources sectors. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, James is able to bring industry insights and pragmatic approaches to client issues.

A father of two boys, James likes to keep active in his downtime. He is an active rower and cyclist and enjoys the challenge of competing in an occasional triathlon.
