Gonçalo is a partner in the Digital and Innovation practice at KPMG and leads the Customer Transformation practice. He has more than 24 years of experience in several sectors including, Financial Services, Payments, Government, Retail and Transportation. Gonçalo is a Partner based in Dubai and his areas of expertise include business strategy, digital enablement and transformation, customer experience, service and operations transformation, financial management and IT transformation. Prior to joining the Dubai office, Gonçalo worked with KPMG in Europe and in another Big Four consultancy. He has worked in multicultural markets across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa, supporting major public and private entities. Gonçalo holds an MBA, a post graduate degree in Financial Institutions Management and a degree in Economics from Nova School of Business & Economics.
