Rajiv Maloo

Rajiv is a partner with KPMG Lower Gulf. He has over 10 years of international M&A experience, advising companies and shareholders on acquisitions, disposals, mergers and management buy-outs. Rajiv previously spent two years in London working with KPMG’s Consumer and Industrials M&A team. Throughout his career he has worked across a wide range of sectors including telecommunications, insurance, consumer, retail, industrials, healthcare and financial services. Across sectors, he has provided transaction advice to a variety of clients including financial sponsors, large global corporates and family offices with respect to transactions ranging from $50 million to $400 million. Prior to joining KPMG, Rajiv worked with Goldman Sachs, specializing in Asset Management and with Bank of America’s Treasury Operations team in India.
