With over 24 years of international tax and M&A experience, Estella has distinguished career at Big4 firms and the banking sector across the United States and Europe. Throughout her career, she has supported multinational banking groups, asset management firms and diverse investor groups across the United States, Europe and emerging markets in developing and executing global tax strategies, cross-border M&A, tax structuring of investments and post merger integration. Her expertise extends to regulatory compliance, treasury (financing, hedging, cash pooling, etc.) and repatriation strategies, IPOs, capital markets transactions and tax disputes. She is passionate about helping companies develop business solutions where tax helps to unlock value, manage risk, and support long-term business success.
