Adil Abid

Adil is a Partner at KPMG in the Lower Gulf and leads our Insurance practice. He has more than 16 years of experience advising organizations in general insurance, life insurance and wealth management across the Middle East and Europe. Adil also represents KPMG on the XBRL Steering Committee headed up by the UAE’s Securities and Commodities Authority in conjunction with the two local stock exchanges. Adil has led audit teams on a number of major engagements and has actively worked with many key Abu Dhabi organizations. A recent transition involved a group with over 60 entities operating across the Middle East, North Africa and Europe.
