KPMG’s Female Mentorship Program is designed to create a platform for female professionals to connect with inspiring mentors within KPMG. It aims to provide a safe space to inspire growth by learning through experiences; outside of the traditional routes of personal development.
Key areas the mentorship program encompasses of is building your own personal brand, strengthening your negotiation skills, managing work-life balance, dealing with difficult situations, among others.
This year's cohort aims to reach out to women across designations.
We have also increased our Program Taskforce to enhance mentor-mentee matching processes and create an enhanced experience for both mentors/mentees through interactive workshops and activity based discussions.
