Tanuj currently serves as an Associate Director in KPMG’s People & Change Advisory team and has more than 13 years of professional experience Throughout his career, Tanuj has partnered with diverse clients on devising their HR strategy and aligning to organization vision, building a growth-focused organization, enhancing process efficiencies, developing leadership and talent and driving a superior employee experience.
Tanuj is the Financial Services Lead for the People & Change Advisory team, with experience delivering a wide range of projects across the sector. He has international consulting experience in geographies like India and South-east Asia and worked with globally integrated teams from multiple geographies including Middle East, US, UK, China and South-east Asia.
