      Punit is a Tax Partner with over 20 years of experience advising clients on M&A and international tax matters. He works with a broad range of institutional, sovereign wealth, listed, unlisted, and private capital investors. Prior to his current role, Punit was an M&A Tax Partner at KPMG UK in London, where he advised some of the world’s largest investment institutions.

      Punit provides tax advice on inbound and outbound investments, with a particular focus on the asset management sector. He has led complex, multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions, including the structuring of major pan-European investment funds, property company listings, and advisory work on operational taxes, refinancing, restructurings, and divestments involving both single assets and portfolio businesses. He also has extensive experience managing and delivering tax services on a global basis.
