Raed has more than 19 years of experience with Big Four companies where he has provided audit and advisory related services to clients across polyvalent sectors specifically in governmental, financial services, retail, manufacturing, and agriculture.
As an IPSAS specialist, he leads conversion engagements, aiding clients in the transition from cash to accrual and implementation of IPSAS standards. Raed’s expertise extends to leading finance transformation programs, designing chart of accounts, support on Carveouts and audit readiness initiatives.
