Ioseb is a Director in KPMG’s Corporate Tax practice in the UAE with over 14 years of experience in corporate and international tax advisory. He focuses on complex tax matters such as corporate restructuring, market entry, and domestic and cross-border investments and transactions, and his work covers the design and implementation of tax-efficient structures and strategic tax planning for multinational and local clients.
For the past four years, Ioseb has specialized in UAE Corporate Tax, providing advisory and compliance services, including tax structuring and modelling, due diligence, tax audit support, tax provisioning, and the review of corporate income tax returns.
Prior to joining KPMG in the UAE, Ioseb spent a decade with KPMG in Georgia and several years with another Big 4 firm in the UAE, gaining strong international and regional experience.
Ioseb is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
