Since its launch in Brazil, ACI holds quarterly discussion panels to address the responsibilities of boards and committees, as well as other issues related to corporate governance, such as regulatory changes.

The initiative of the panel discussion was the first tool available to ACI to fulfill its mission through continuous learning. At these meetings, lectures are given with market experts invited by KPMG. The lectures are aimed at updating the public on issues such as:

• Regulation;
  
• Risk management, internal controls and audits;
  
• Financial reports;
  
• Updating of international and national standards;
  
• Corporate governance in general.
  

In order to make the dynamics more and more effective, interactive researches are carried out during these meetings, which help the perception of current issues.

The dynamic is to listen to these audiences, in order to identify the most important issues and also encourage a continuous dialogue among all the participants in the presentation and disclosure of financial reports.

The participants of the discussion tables have the opportunity to establish contact with each other, thus helping the relationship of companies and their councils and committees in the face of the day-to-day challenges.

At each discussion table, exclusive material of utmost interest is produced for the Board Members, the Fiscal Council Members and the Audit Committee members.
