This publication is a summary of the Debt Listings Requirements: Service Issue 28 relating to the production of good quality financial information for the following purposes:

  • Inclusion in an Offering Circular, Programme Memorandum, Pricing Supplement or Prospectus for an initial listing of debt securities; and
  • On-going financial reporting obligations by an existing issuer with listed debt securities.
