24 July 2016 - 27 July 2016, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, SAST
External and internal pressures are dictating the way business is being conducted. Forces such as regulatory change, the customer experience, advancement in technology and global connectivity are demanding companies to continuously evolve to remain relevant… and insurance companies are at the forefront of this evolution. Business unusual is required to remain relevant. Business unusual is what is demanded.
- How do we ensure that our business is conducted in ways that are unexpected and outside the norm?
- How do we ensure that we think outside the box when we look at product design, expansion plans, distribution philosophies and governance structures?
- How do we lead an industry in change rather than being seen as merely a follower?
Business unusual has been embraced in our insurance survey this year and we anticipate that the content will inspire and motivate readers to embrace the evolution to remain relevant.
