Kimlynne worked in the Legal industry in the United Kingdom for one of the Top 20 leading international Law firms in their Forensic Technology Department. The firm’s expertise covered all aspects of Commercial law, Competition, European Union and Trade, Construction, Engineering and Procurement, Corporate Finance, Dispute Resolution, Employment and Pensions, Finance, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Regulatory and Compliance, Tax and Insolvency. Kimlynne’s area of focus was mainly on Regulatory, Competition and Investigations. Kimlynne was part of the team who won numerous awards during 2014 and 2015 for the “Competition Team of the Year”. One such award being awarded at the Lawyer Awards 2015 where the team was recognised for their work on a multi-party cartel damages claim for a utility company. Kimlynne has also been heavily involved in managing data collection, processing, hosting and project management from inception to trial and settlement.
