Trevonica Naidu

Trevonica Naidu is the Transformation & Inclusion Lead for KPMG South Africa. She has occupied a varied career journey in Transformation, Diversity, Change and People Management. Trevonica has held positions as Chief Diversity Officer for EY, Group Transformation and Diversity Manager for FirstRand Bank, Owner & Managing Director of Transformation Integrated Africa and MBA coach and mentor at UNISA’s School of Business Leadership (SBL). Trevonica holds a number of qualifications including an MBA from UNISA’s SBL and she is currently a student at the College of Law, UNISA. Trevonica serves an advisor to the South African Human Rights Commission (Disability) and is an active champion for disability rights. Trevonica is happily married to Thegs and they have four children.
