Shamit is a BCom Honors Graduate with 22 Years of IT Experience across multiple industry sectors including FMCG, Retail, Mining, Manufacturing, and Public Sector. He has a wealth of experience in all areas of SAP (20 Years) and IT Consulting including functional and technical consulting, software engineering, solution architecture and development, Project and Program Management, Support and ITSM, Practice Management (SAP and Microsoft), Business Development and Marketing. Shamit has worked for SAP Africa fulfilling a Solution Expert role for the SAP Business Suite Applications and SAP HANA. He has also managed the Energy and Natural Resources industry for SAP’s General Business. He has led the SAP Practices for PWC, Atos South Africa, and EY Africa.
