Paul Daly

Paul completed his articles at Edward Nathan and Friedland Inc. Prior to the merger between KPMG and Andersen in South Africa, Paul was a partner of Andersen having joined Andersen in 1993 and having been promoted to partner in 1997. Paul is the General Counsel in Corporate Law Advisory Practice, which forms part of the Tax & Legal Practice of KPMG. In addition to his direct professional responsibilities, Paul presents at GIBS on the Companies Act for the Banking Board Leadership Programme and has also given numerous presentations to clients on issues of corporate law.
