Heather Carswell

Heather has been with KPMG for 18 years in total and has 16 years’ experience in providing valuations and other transaction advisory services to clients. Her valuations experience includes corporate valuations, fairness and fair & reasonable opinions (in the independent expert role), independent fair value determinations, dispute valuations, valuations for financial reporting purposes for private equity funds and investment companies, tax valuations and advisory services regarding the economic regulation of monopolies. Heather has experience in a number of industries with specific attention to mining, financial services and telecommunications.
